This 950yo German Church Can Be Yours for Just Over $200K

Christianity in northern Europe is in rapid decline, and there may be no better example of that then the St. Martin Church. The 950-year-old St. Martin Church, in Elstertrebnitz, near Leipzig, showed up for sale on the online auction site 'eBay kleinanzeigen' in December, attracting instant media attention. The church is valued at €170,000 ($208,562) on the eBay kleinanzeigen website. No word yet on offers or bids.
