When Rolls-Royce announced in 2015 that it would launch Cullinan, it did so in the knowledge that its customers around the world had asked it to build "The Rolls-Royce of SUVs", with luxury, performance and usability not seen before in the SUV market. Many of these customers were younger, very successful high-net-worth individuals who are heavily engaged in the experience economy, and wanted a Rolls-Royce that would take them to the ends of the Earth in ultimate luxury.Automotive mobility has always been a fast moving and dynamic business, with new concepts - such as SUVs - appearing with great regularity. But those new concepts need to be perfected in order to be adopted by those customers who will accept no compromise - the patrons of true luxury. Hence the Rolls-Royce Cullinan.The Rolls-Royce Cullinan is Rolls-Royce as it's never seen before. When Sir Henry Royce said, "Strive for perfection in everything you do. Take the best that exists and make it better. When it does not exist, design it", he could have had Cullinan in mind.
Land Rover revealed a limited-edition two-doors coupe version, to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Range Rover. Only 999 examples will be built, and they will be hand assembled by the brand’s Special Vehicle Operations. It has a wood-trimmed centre console running the length of the cabin, completed with leather armrests for both front and rear passengers seats. The SV Coupé has a digital display and an infotainment screen from Velar. There is a full range of options that the Range Rover can offer, including the two-tone leather-free and trims. A powerful petrol V8 engine with around 550hp comes on SV Coupé.

Impressive though the straight-line acceleration and maximum speed of 340km/h (211 mph) are, the true depth of the performance credentials of the new Ultimate Series McLaren will be revealed when it calls on downforce of up to 800kg on a circuit, against the stop-watch. The McLaren Senna combines low vehicle weight, extreme power, aerodynamic excellence and a revolutionary, active suspension system to deliver the most responsive and engaging road car experience to date from the British luxury sportscar and supercar maker.
