Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn unveiled details of the latest model of the second-generation Nissan Leaf at the Consumer Electronics Show 2017 and introduced the company's new system for handling self-driving cars, dubbed Seamless Autonomous Mobility, or SAM. Developed with NASA tech, SAM is set to connect the autonomous vehicle with human support at a control centre in a bid to deal with unexpected situations that the car's internal system cannot handle alone.

Innova platform, a space that promotes continuous innovation in all areas of the company, fostering new ways of working based on co-creation and the start-up model.
