Streets in La Roche-Posay, western France, are flooded following heavy rain and the overflowing of the local river Creuse. The river reached 6m78 in the city, exceeding the historic flood of 1982, and is expected to rise to 7m2, close to the record of 1896 (7m3). IMAGES
