Take the noodle and put it behind your neck. Lay on your back and paddle up and down with your legs. Start the exercise by going into the pool. Hold the edge of the pool with one hand and stand up straight. Lift one leg side wards while exhaling and downwards while inhaling. Repeat this 15 times. Keep your back straight. Repeat this exercise with the other leg, also 15 times. Don't forget to inhale and exhale on the right movement. Repeat this exercise, but this time moving your leg backwards and keep your back straight. Do this 15 times as well for both legs.
