Aquagym : How to Exercise Your Buttocks and Abdominals

Take the noodle and put it behind your neck. Lay on your back and paddle up and down with your legs. Start the exercise by going into the pool. Hold the edge of the pool with one hand and stand up straight. Lift one leg side wards while exhaling and downwards while inhaling. Repeat this 15 times. Keep your back straight. Repeat this exercise with the other leg, also 15 times. Don't forget to inhale and exhale on the right movement. Repeat this exercise, but this time moving your leg backwards and keep your back straight. Do this 15 times as well for both legs.

    This exercise is quite hard because there is no break for 5 minutes and the movement is very fast. Get into the pool. Start by moving on the same spot. You need to do each movement 10 times. 1st Jump up and down. Keep your abdominals contracted. 2nd Spread you legs sideways and jump them back together again. 3th Jump by lifting one knee after the other. 4th Bend your knee to touch your heel towards your buttocks. 5th Use your arms and legs at the same time. Your arms should be in front of you and bend your elbows backwards while at the same time your heel touches your buttocks again. Do these 5 exercises twice. After this it's time to relax!

Straighten your together to the right, bend your knees again and straighten your legs tot the left. Inhale when you bend your knees and exhale when you straighten your legs.
