Carlos Ghosn Out On Bail Again

Description

According to Reuters, Former Nissan Chairman Carlos Ghosn is out on bail again. The disgraced automotive executive was first arrested in Tokyo late last year due to allegations of financial misconduct. He was released from jail a second time on April 25th, after paying $4.5 million for bail. Ghosn also agreed to limit contact with his wife as he awaits trial. Prosecutors at a court in Tokyo appealed his release, which was rejected by the court.
