'Detective Pikachu' Director Thinks Fans Will Be Happy

Comicbook.com reports 'Pokemon: Detective Pikachu' is coming soon, and the director is well aware of fan expectations! Rob Letterman says the story is centered on a new region with a new story. I'm really nervous. I just want it to do well, and I want people to enjoy it. I especially want the hardcore fans to appreciate it and give it the blessing that we worked really hard to get. Letterman Letterman said he worked with The Pokemon Company to really get it done right. 'Pokemon: Detective Pikachu' hits theaters on May 10th.
