Comicbook.com reports a lot of fans are excited about 'Pokemon: Detective Pikachu' for its live-action versions of the characters... ...but one that stood out was Mr. Mime. As it turns out, the character almost wasn't in the upcoming movie, as director Rob Letterman originally thought he was too weird a choice. I just thought it was hilarious to take a police interrogation scene and do it with a mime... The Pokemon Company was like, 'Yeah don't do that.' Letterman 'Detective Pikachu' hits theaters May 10th.
