Toyota's spectacular GR Super Sport concept was unveiled at the 2017 Tokyo Auto Salon last weekend. The GR Super Sport appears to draw inspiration from Toyota's LMP1, while using the same main components as the TS050 Hybrid. It's powered by a twin-turbo 2.4-liter V-6 hybrid system developed from the Toyota TS050 Hybrid’s powertrain and produces 986 horsepower. Is this the future of Toyota racing?
This beautiful retro 1970 Porsche 917K was on display at the Goodwin Pavilion in Pebble Beach, Monterey on Wednesday to build up hype among potential buyers before the race car goes up for auction. The vehicle was owned by famed Grand Prix racer Jo Siffert, who loaned it to be featured in the film Le Mans when it was driven by the American actor Steve McQueen. It's expected to fetch somewhere between $13 to $16 million.

Tesla needs to produce 170,000 vehicles in the fourth quarter — a 17% increase over Q3 — to reach that mark. Musk's email comes after Tesla topped analyst expectations for third-quarter vehicle deliveries. A luxury hotel sunk in a disused quarry opened its doors for reservations in Shanghai, becoming the first underground resort in the world. The subterranean InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland is located 20 miles from Shanghai and it has been developed 300 feet (91.4 metres) into a former quarry.
