A small plane trying to make an emergency landing on a Minnesota highway crashed into a car early Tuesday. The small plane, flown by David Gowan of Minot, South Dakota took off from Hawley Municipal Airport in Minnesota and picked up a passenger and refueled before flying towards Minot.
