Jessica Alba's Honest Company are suing a health and wellness competitor, Honest Herbal, for trying to profit from their similar names.
The US Department of Justice sues Apple for illegally maintaining a monopoly for its iPhone by stifling competition and imposing exorbitant costs on consumers. "Apple has maintained monopoly power in the smartphone market not simply by staying ahead of the competition on the merits, but by violating federal antitrust law," US Attorney General Merrick Garland tells reporters. A makeshift migrant camp looks nearly empty in Mexico's Matamoros, at the border with Brownsville, Texas, where Democrat US President Joe Biden is expected to meet border patrol and other law enforcement agents. These will be followed by further models over the course of 2024, such as the BMW X2 and all models in the new MINI family.The Video App is currently accessible in the USA, UK, South Korea, France, Italy, Germany and Spain, and will soon be coming to Japan.
