At £229 and weighing only a kilogram, the new HP Chromebook 11 looks like a tempting deal. Watch our video review to find out if it's the right choice for you.
HP has come up with an alternative to remove the hassle of clipping privacy filters onto a screen, by creating a display that is permanent, user friendly, and built right into the display. HP has teamed up with 3M to develop this privacy filter that can be added during manufacturing to make it permanently available on the screen. The best part is the filter can be enabled and disabled whenever you want with a simple keyboard shortcut to turn it on or off. Modern day screens allows viewing angles of around 170 degrees, allowing other people to be able to see the screen from wherever they are standing. HP and 3M's filter will reduce the angle down to 70 degrees, so that the only person using the laptop has a view of it. HP plans to add the privacy filter screen to its business laptops by mid-2017.
