Two brothers have been arrested and charged in the shooting death of basketball star Dwyane Wade's cousin in Chicago. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
In footage courtesy of Twitter user @WhoAteMyPizza, Sniper rounds could be heard ripping through Dallas on Thursday night, after 11 police officers were shot, 5 fatally, during a protest against the police killing of African-Americans Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. Police reports indicate that two snipers fired multiple shots at police officers from an elevated position in the city centre.
Footage courtesy of the Dallas Police Department shows Dallas mayor Mike Rawlings and Dallas Police Department Chief David Brown as they held a joint press briefing in Dallas on Thursday, right after two snipers opened fire on police during a march for African American police shooting victims Alton Sterling and Philandro Castile in the Dallas city center. 5 police officers were killed and 6 others received injuries.
Chicago residents have had enough of the gun violence, especially when it involves the police department. Nathan Frandino reports.
Under pressure following a series of fatal police shootings, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel announces changes to police tactics, including the increased use of tasers. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
