Elle se lance dans un pari fou: réaliser à sa place les "10 choses à faire avant la fin du monde" qu'il avait inscrites dans son journal intime. Elle est convaincue que Louis entendra le récit de ses aventures et reviendra à la vie. En accomplissant à quarante ans les rêves d'un ado, Thelma va vivre un voyage incroyable qui l'emmènera bien plus loin que ce qu'elle imaginait... -- Thelma (Alexandra Lamy) ziet haar twaalfjarige zoon Louis aangereden worden op straat. De kans dat hij uit zijn coma ontwaakt is volgens de dokters zeer klein. Hoewel ze ontroostbaar is, weigert Thelma op te geven. Wanneer ze thuis onder het bed van haar zoon een boekje vindt waarin hij zijn bucketlist heeft opgeschreven, besluit Thelma om de levensdromen van Louis te realiseren. Dat brengt haar van Japan naar Portugal tot op een skateboard. As the head of this coalition, you will command all units to prevent Russia from conquering further territories. Tourism Simulation Develop your national tourism industry to climb the global tourism rankings, win the title of the most visited city in the world, or have new sites recognized as UNESCO World Heritage. Highly detailed with numerous real-world data, the simulation measures tourism appeal based on many criteria (natural and cultural assets, international events, cost of living, coastal, leisure, or mountain infrastructure, accommodation options, quality of transportation, public safety, road safety, terrorist risk, climate, gastronomy, disaster risk, health safety, human rights…), which you can influence and develop as the leader of a country or as the head of major companies in the sector, by building on the map, subsidizing, budgeting, or leveraging influence. Regime Censorship and New Political Party Strategies Various systems of censure practiced in the world are reproduced here: motion against the head of state and/or their government, vote by simple or absolute majority, dissolution of Parliament, vote of confidence on a legislative bill. As the head of state, the player must face these attacks led by the opposing party AI. Conversely, as the head of the opposition party, the player can attempt to bring down the regime to trigger new elections or take their place. Political influence and communication, the formation (or destruction) of political coalitions, are essential to emerge as the winner in these situations. Many other new features and improvements • Increase in game speed: the passage of time has been accelerated (more than 100% for the passage of a year compared to 2024 version), more realistic speed for units moving on the map with a dynamic adaptation of military units over long distances (missiles, aircraft, ships…) • Economic Attractiveness: foreign companies expanding into national territory increases employment and raises the GDP, tax and social revenues. Various tools are available to the player to mix it up: advantageous taxation, public services, infrastructures, innovations or even subsidies. • Management of Military Coalitions: if the player wishes, there is the possibility of directing all armies of the coalition of countries that their nation belongs to. They can also change the way unit banners are displayed on the military map. • Nuclear Umbrella: this is the guarantee that a country possessing atomic weapons will defend a non-nuclear country. • US Supreme Court: they have a role in the American legislative process. Justices can strike down legislation that goes against the US Constitution. The player as head of state can try to influence them. • Worldwide Laws: as a member of the G20, the player can propose new legislation applicable to every country of the world. Extensive lobbying will be required to achieve these goals.
1755, Denemarken. Kapitein Ludvig Kahlen heeft zichzelf als doel gesteld de ongetemde Deense heide leefbaar te maken om in naam van koning Frederik V een kolonie te bouwen. In ruil hiervoor verwacht hij een koninklijke titel met bijbehorende eer en rijkdom. Kahlen heeft er echter al snel een vijand bij. Volgens de meedogenloze landeigenaar Frederik de Schinkel is het stuk grond namelijk al in zijn bezit. Wanneer De Schinkel ontdekt dat twee van zijn arbeiders zijn ontsnapt om zich bij Kahlen aan te sluiten, zweert hij wraak. Kahlen laat zich niet intimideren en gaat de strijd aan, waarbij hij zowel zijn eigen leven als dat van zijn opkomende gemeenschap op het spel zet. 1755, Danemark. Le mari macho, la copine un peu grande-gueule, chacun occupe sa place dans le groupe. Mais, l’harmonie vole en éclat le jour où Léa, la plus discrète d’entre eux, leur apprend qu’elle écrit un roman, qui devient un best-seller. Loin de se réjouir, petites jalousies et grandes vacheries commencent à fuser. Humain, trop humain !
