Surfing the waves: a form of therapy for people with disabilities in Brazil

Para Surfing World Champion Malu Mendes was born with cerebral palsy. Miguel Almeida, visually impaired, is training to be a professional surfer. At the School of Adapted Surfing in Santos, southeast Brazil, dozens of people with disabilities are using a surfboard and waves as therapy.
