Belgium: People clear businesses, homes of mess caused by floods

People clear their shops and restaurants of the mess caused by devastating floods in Belgium's Grez-Doiceau. The country has counted at least 12 dead, and more than 21,000 people have been left without electricity in the Wallonia region. Five people are still missing and the army has been sent to four of the country's 10 provinces to help with rescue and evacuations. IMAGES
