French President Emmanuel Macron meets with Ukrainian filmmaker Oleg Sentsov during his visit to Strasbourg to mark the 70th anniversary of the Council of Europe. Sentsov is the highest-profile prisoner released during a recent swap with Russia. Sentsov was arrested in 2014 and was serving a 20-year sentence in a Russian Arctic penal colony for planning "terrorist attacks" in Moscow-annexed Crimea.
