Models of all shapes and sizes showcased an array of clothes from fashion designer Carina Cassusceli's brand 'Moda em Baixa' or 'Fashion Is in Shortness' in Rio de Janeiro on Sunday. Carina's fashion line focuses on apparel for women with dwarfism and short stature and the designer says that 'Moda em Baixa' is a project designed to celebrate all bodies types. Her focus on creating styles for people with different bodies goes back over a decade to her time directing theater plays for which she has won several international awards. The company was founded in 2009, and works to promote the idea of 'body democracy' in fashion, catering to everyone without excluding certain body types.
