Firefighters scramble to contain a raging inferno northwest of Athens as Greece's emergency services continue to battle a steadily growing wave of wildfires around the country that has left 20 dead. Civil protection ordered the evacuation of Ano Liosia in northwest Athens, a district of over 25,000 people, with people from the neighbouring town of Fyli rushing to flee the advancing flames. A dust storm tore through Colorado on Friday, with gusty north winds exceeding 60 miles per hour. According to Gizmodo, the storm was so ridiculously huge that it was visible from space. The storm severely limited visibility on major roadways. A fatal crash killed one person and injured up to 15 others. A dust storm warning remained in effect in the southeastern portion of the state throughout the day. The National Weather Service also issued a 'blowing dust warning' for the region, as the strong winds increased 'critical fire danger.'
