Today, we will show you how to Overcome the Fear of Water. 1st Walk trough a shallow pool with water onto hip level. You will progressively improve your balance. Make the exercise more difficult by trying to move faster, like running, or walking backwards. 2nd Stand in the shallow pool and splash water on your arms, belly and face. This step allows you to be in touch with water and get used to it. 3th Stand in the shallow pool and go in a bit deeper than before. Bend your legs to sink in a little deeper until your shoulders are under the water. Keep your feet steady on the bottom of the pool. Sink a bit deeper until your closed mouth is under the water as well. If your still comfortable your nose can go under as well, breath out while doing this for just a few seconds. 4th To finish the exercise you can go under the water, even with the top your head. Keep your mouth closed, hold your breath for a few moments, stay relaxed.
