Newser reports the man was photographed wearing a 'Camp Auschwitz' sweatshirt during the US Capitol siege was taken into custody on Wednesday in Virginia. The garment also featured 'Work brings freedom.' It's a translation of "Arbeit macht frei," the German phrase that appeared on the concentration camp’s entrance. Robert Keith Packer, 56, was arrested in Newport News, where he lives. The government will not be seeking detention for Packer. However, Packer is barred from visiting Washington unless it’s for a court appearance.
Tesla's recently announced plan to sell up to $5 billion in shares. Wedbush analyst Dan Ives said this is "the smart move at the right time" for CEO Elon Musk and the rest of the company. On Tuesday, Tesla revealed it will offer shares "from time to time" with 10 banks serving as sales agents. The announcement comes as Tesla stock sits 667% higher year-to-date. The massive rally allows Tesla to "build up its treasure chest and capital-expenditure capabilities" while shares sit near record highs, Ives said. Business Insider reports that Tesla dipped as much as 1.7% in early trading on the news.

Volvo Volvo filed a patent application for a steering wheel that slides side to side within a car's cabin. The design would allow passengers in a highly automated vehicle of the future to move the steering wheel out of the way and have more room to stretch out. Although driver-assistance systems are the new craze, true autonomous vehicles — cars that will allow for driving without any human intervention — are still nowhere close to hitting the streets. The feature could also come into play in a highly automated future vehicle, enabling passengers to slide the wheel out of the way when the driver-assistance system takes over, according to the filing.
