U.S. General Wants Google To Work With The Military

Marine General Joseph Dunford said it was “inexplicable” that technology giants like Google didn't want to work with the Pentagon. He went on to say Google conducts Business with countries like China where there is "less freedom than in the United States." Google CEO Sundar Pichai has said the company has invested in China for years and plans to continue to do so, says Reuters. Pichai also said that Google works with the U.S. government on projects in health care, cybersecurity and other fields. In the past, Google has been criticized both externally and internally for working with the U.S. Defense Department.
