2016 looks to be deadliest year in migration crisis

Description

Rescuers pluck hundreds of migrants from vessels off the Libyan coast, but for one young Somali man who died during the journey, their help came too late -- as 2016 starts to look like the deadliest year in the current migrant crisis. Diane Hodges reports.
